I see the pattern that runs through all great movers - the spiral fascia chains, the straight feet, level shoulders, efficient energy transfer. The same pattern you see in animals, babies, elite athletes, and marathoners who never stopped moving right.
Most people have lost this pattern. Phone posture broke it. Chairs tucked your hips under. Shoes collapsed your arches. You became heel-dominant instead of forefoot-dominant. You learned to brace instead of spring.
My job is to help you reclaim it.
Not through force. Through ease. Ground-based training. A few sets a day. Building your strength back from the ground up. Calming your nervous system. Reclaiming the pattern you were born with.

You become light on your feet. Your movements become efficient and effortless.
But I can't help everyone.
